My EFA role allows me to provide leadership and guidance to the career service team that is responsible for providing a variety of services to assist students/graduates in securing in-field employment. I collaborate with employers and community partners to fulfill their hiring needs. My role allows me to strategize with the leadership team to ensure the academy is producing skilled graduates and committed employees dedicated to the North Star mission. I enjoy building and nurturing relationships with students, recruiters, and community partners. This role allows me to connect talented Eleven Fifty Academy students/graduates with opportunities to utilize their skill sets and receive continuous learning and advancement.
