A little more about Jennifer…
I have two teenage daughters who cheer for Pendleton Heights High School. They keep me very busy and “in line” as a non-embarrassing parent! 🙂 I love going to the beach as much as possible and when I’m home I enjoy interior design in my “new” 200-year-old home in downtown Pendleton. I am a huge fan of the Indy 500 and go to both the race and the banquet every year. I also enjoy going to concerts and spending time with my dog, Piper Lou Hoo, who I rescued from a hoarding environment in 2018.
Jennifer has most recently engaged with organizations as an independent consultant within the healthcare industry. She has been leading and providing training, supervision, facilitation, and development for facility-based, strategic, high impact process improvement efforts for almost 15 years including partnerships with Indiana University Health, VA Medical Centers across the United States, Crowe, several healthcare communications companies, and Purdue University. She has proven to be a highly effective and ethical change leader as well as a leader of administrative decision making and strategic planning. Her efforts have transformed working environments into standard work models focused on continuous daily improvement strategies to reduce cost, improve efficiencies, and increase satisfaction.
