Biography

Why do you enjoy being an instructor at Eleven Fifty?
Developing new instruction for the Cyber Range and using it to expose students to real-time attacks in an expansive simulated network.

Tell us about your background in Tech.
I worked for over 30 years as a programmer, network consultant, network administrator, and Linux administrator. I worked for IBM, the Indianapolis Public Library, in banking, insurance, health care, and manufacturing.

When did you know you were interested in Tech?
I started coding in college and was hooked. I liked developing abstract models in my head and eventually turning them into code.

A fun fact about Brian!
My father was a zoo director and our family lived on zoo property when I was in grade school.
