While our web development course is one of the most popular courses students take at our Indianapolis campus, cybersecurity is becoming increasingly more popular as the information security industry adds thousands of new tech jobs each year.
Due to Covid-19, both our Fishers and Indianapolis campuses of Eleven Fifty are currently only offering online coding courses.
Software development bootcamp
The Eleven Fifty Software Development Course will help fast-track students who want to work as Microsoft .NET developers. You’ll learn how to create and launch web pages using HTML and CSS and will gain experience developing full-stack applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The course will go over modern frameworks and libraries and help you develop your portfolio.
Cybersecurity bootcamp
Students in the Cybersecurity Course (Full-Time) and Cybersecurity Course (Part-Time) will learn skills to land an entry-level job in cybersecurity, a growing career field that currently faces a shortage of skilled workers.
The bootcamp will start with the basics, providing training to help you work toward your CompTIA Network+ certification. The course will then dive into the technical aspects of cybersecurity and eventually give you time in the cyber range. This hands-on training will give you the tools to prevent, monitor, and stop real cyber attacks.
UX/UI design flex course
The UX/UI Design Course (Flex) (Part-Time) course is an eight-week program designed to help students learn how to design, test, and deploy user interfaces for websites, apps, and desktop applications.
The course will go over color, typography, and layout concepts alongside HTML and CSS fundamentals. You will be immersed in design thinking approaches such as ideation, creating user personas, and prototyping. Upon completing the program, you will be well-versed in top industry tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, and Git.
Web development bootcamp
The Web Development Course (Full-Time) course will start by teaching students the fundamentals of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Vanilla Javascript, Python, and more. The course will use labs and peer reviews to help students learn to design full-stack web applications as they begin to build their portfolios.
For students who want to learn to code but need a part-time option, Eleven Fifty Academy also offers the following programs: Winter Coding Experience Course (Part-Time), Web Development Course (Part-Time), and Software Development Course (Part-Time).
